BE in Computer Science with a diploma in Education Management and School Leadership.
Rashmi comes with an experience of over 5 years and is the recipient of the 2018 & 2019 KLAY awards for excellence in performance as the regional safety manager and holds an esteemed international certification as Lead Auditor FSSC 22000. She is certified in IOSH and as Master Trainer from renowned institutions. Rashmi has received her certification from IECED for Centre Administration Training (CAT), she conducts trainings and audits across the country at KLAY Centres.

She has extensive experience in school counselling, taking care of the mental health of stakeholders in the school, and supporting schools in their journey toward inclusion. Tanvi is a practicing psychologist and trainer with 6+ years of rich experience covering work experience across higher education institutions, schools & NGOs. Tanvi’s areas of expertise include Behaviour Management, Special Education Needs, Counselling Skills, and Life Skills. Tanvi is passionate about empowering people to improve their wellbeing and regularly conducts counseling sessions both online and face-to-face for childhood disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, and other mental health concerns.

Anya is a Play Therapy Practitioner and Art Based Therapist. Based on her observation, creative therapies are deeply empathetic and effective tools in healing both children and their parents. A qualified and committed healer, Anya loves helping children to help themselves and by extension, discovered her love for helping parents grow, too.
Certified from Leeds Beckett University, India Institute of Psychology and Research, India Human Technology, and Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Anya’s practice is of very high standards; she enters into each client-therapist relationship with humility, respect and empathy.

She has trained and mentored teachers in preschools & mainstream schools on early childhood education and guided them to implement the curriculum. She is a trained Montessori Guide and a certified Early Childhood Educator.
