This Privacy Policy describes how we, “Institute of Early Childhood Education & Development” and Founding Years Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd (referred to as “IECED” “FYLS” “KLAY” or “we” or “us” or “Company”), collect, use and share information about our users (“you”) through our the IECED Site or any of the platform/Product/services provided by IECED and FYLS including website (domain and subdomain) under IECED or FYLS www.ieced.in, www.klayschools.com , www.parenting.klayschools.com, when you interact with IECED, with Members, with other users, and generally with the IECED Platform. Please review our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as the “Terms”) that govern the use of the Platform www.ieced.in and the Programs/Courses. This Privacy Policy shall form a part of the Terms by way of reference.
Your Information is received and controlled by IECED according to this Privacy Policy when you sign up for an IECED account or otherwise use the IECED www.ieced.in site.
In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. Please understand that by using our Platform or submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (defined below) to us, you consent and agree that we may collect, use, disclose and retain your information (including but not limited to your Personally Identifiable Information) in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and as permitted or required by law. IECED reserves the right to share the information collected hereunder with its own affiliates. In the event of sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business assets, consumer information may be one of the business assets that are transferred as part of the transaction. If you do not agree with these Terms, then please do not provide any Personally Identifiable Information to us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required Personally Identifiable Information, we may not be able to provide you with the services that can be offered on our Platform.
What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using our services/Products, but not to the practices of companies we don’t own or control, or people that we don’t manage. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our services/Products, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you and allow other users to contact you, to
fulfil your requests for certain products and services, and to analyse how you use the services/Products. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.
Information Collection (Provided / Collected Automatically)
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you come to our Platform, we may track, collect and aggregate Non-Personal Information indicating, among other things, which pages of our Platform were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks were “clicked.” We also collect information from the URLs through which you connected with our Platform. Collecting such information may involve logging the IP address, operating system and browser software used by each user of the Platform. Although such information may not be considered Personally Identifiable Information, based on local laws, we may be able to determine a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity from an IP address. We collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information from the Platform visitors to track the total of number of visitors on the Platform in aggregate form and to identify the type of Internet web browser (e.g., Google Chrome®) and operating system (e.g., Windows/Mac®) used by them. This information allows us to continuously improve our Platform and services.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you choose to register, and are 18 years of age or older, we will collect and process such information from you, including but not limited to the below mentioned (“Personal Information”)
1. Information that you provide to us by filling in forms. This includes contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, financial information while accessing 3rd party payment gateway (If require for business use) if any, unique identifiers such as preferences information such as favourites lists, transaction history, login details (in case of registered in user), working goals, salary information and similar personal information.
2. Information that you provide when you write directly to us (including by e-mail).
3. Information that you provide to us by writing on our blogs.
4. Information that you provide to us by filling surveys, signing up for programs, updates and events.
5. Information that you provide to us by participating in public forums.
6. Information that you provide to us by Subscribing to the newsletter.
7. Recordings of calls with students or users showing interest in our programs
IECED, or its Educational Partners and third-party service providers, may, for instance, collect certain information from you in conjunction with assignments, exams and other assessments related to the online course. For example, as part of a proctored exam for a course, IECED (or its third-party service providers) may collect certain Personally Identifiable Information from you in order to (a) verify or authenticate your identity or submissions made by you, such as a
signature for a test or an assignment log, a photograph or a recording of you (e.g., using a webcam) or information included on a photo identification card or document, or (b) monitor your performance during an exam to confirm that you are abiding by the applicable test rules or requirements (e.g., confirming that you are not using prohibited resources). IECED may also collect information from you or about your performance or your accomplishments, such as quiz/exam scores, grades, project evaluations, teacher evaluations and other evaluations of your performance or accomplishments.
Third Party Service Providers / Vendors / Affiliates
We may receive your information when you access or log in to a third-party site, e.g., Facebook, WhatsApp from our Platforms or when you respond to our Ads on such third-party platforms. This may include the text and/or images of your Personally Identifiable Information available from the third-party site. Please be aware that the information we obtain from such third-party platforms is often dependent on their privacy policies and/or on your settings regarding what information you have consented to share with them.
We enter into arrangements with third parties to serve Ads on our behalf across the Internet, social networking sites and blogs. They may collect or store information about your visits to our Platform and your interaction with our products and services. They may also use information about your visits to this Platform and to other websites to target advertisements for goods and services or for any other purpose. This information is collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is an industry standard technology used by most major websites. Such third parties are not permitted by IECED to sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information as part of this process. If such third parties sell or share the Personally Identifiable Information as part of the process, IECED liability shall be limited to providing you with reasonable assistance in any action you may choose to take against such third parties, at your sole cost and expense.
We have third-party sales and marketing affiliates who may collect your information through one of the various channels owned by them and share this information with us, based on your interest in our Programs. For example, an affiliate may hold an event and share the details of the attendees with IECED.
Agents
We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you; for example, we may use a payment processing company to receive and process your credit card transactions for us. Unless we tell you differently, our agents do not have any right to use the Personal Information we share with them beyond what is necessary to assist us.
Cookies and Technology
Whenever you interact with our services/Products, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers
we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people.

We may from time to time engage third parties to track and analyse non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from visitors to our Site to help us administer our Site and improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behaviour. Such cookies will not be used to associate individual Site visitors to any Personal Information. All data collected by such third parties on our behalf is used only to provide us with information on Site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.
International User
This Site is operated in the India. If you are visiting from other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Indian law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to India, which does not have the same data protection laws and by providing your personal data you consent to:
1. The use of your personal data for the uses identified above in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. The transfer of your personal data to the India as indicated above.
The Company is also not making any representation that the content contained on the Product is appropriate or to be used or accessed outside of the Republic of India and your use or access of the Site from outside the Republic of India, is at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with the laws of such jurisdiction.
Retention of Information
We will keep Personal Information of our users for as long as they are registered subscribers or users of our products and services, and as permitted by law. Use of Information.
Use of Information
We may use the information we collect to provide you with information relating to our Program and/or other IECED services, to respond to your questions or interest shown in our Programs, and to send you updates about the Programs, other IECED events, platform maintenance or new services provided by IECED, among other things, through itself or through third parties, via email, SMS, phone call or any other medium.
We use your information for managing and processing purposes, including, but not limited to, tracking attendance, progress and completion of a Program. As part of our management and processing of the Program, we will use certain Personally Identifiable Information to administer exams, projects, and other assessments for the Program. For example, as part of an exam, IECED may use certain information collected from you in order to verify your identity or to monitor your performance during the exam to confirm that you are abiding by the applicable testing rules or requirements.
To the extent any Personally Identifiable Information collected by us contains images of you, you grant IECED a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, or prepare derivative works of or publicly display such images and/or your likeness in relation to the Program or for marketing purposes. We may use your photograph along with employer information, transition information, designation change, etc., for Ads/and or social media posts to highlight our learners’ achievements.
We use Non-Personal Information in aggregate form to build higher-quality, more useful services by performing statistical analysis of the collective characteristics and behaviour of our Users and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific areas of our Platform.
Sharing of Data
We do not rent or sell your Personal Information in personally identifiable form to anyone, provided that certain Personal Information may be transferred in connection with business transfers, as described below. We may share your Personal Information with third parties under extremely strict confidential agreements and as described in this section:
Information that’s no longer personally identifiable. We may anonymize your Personal Information so that you or your child’s Identity are not individually identified, and provide that information to our partners. We may also provide aggregate usage information to our partners, who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal online experience. However, we never disclose aggregate usage information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally, as an individual and they don’t have any right to use this information for personal use.
Affiliate Businesses
In certain situations, businesses or third party websites we’re affiliated with may use your data to sell or provide products or services to you through or in connection with the Services
(either alone or jointly with us). You can recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, and we will share your Personal Information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or services/Products. One such service may include the ability for you to automatically transmit Third Party Account Information to your Services profile or to automatically transmit information in your Services profile to your third party account; for example, posting images to Facebook from the Service. We have no control over the policies and practices of third party websites or businesses as to privacy or anything else, so if you choose to take part in any transaction or service relating to an affiliated website or business, please review all such business’ or websites’ policies. If you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes
Business Transfers
We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets transferred to or acquired by a third party.
User Profiles and Submissions
Certain user profile information, including your name, number, email, child information, location, and any video or image content that such user has uploaded to the Services, may be displayed to other users to facilitate user interaction within the Services or address your request for our services. Your account privacy settings may allow you to limit the other users who can see the Personal Information in your user profile and/or what information in your user profile is visible to others. Please remember that any content you upload to your public user profile, along with any Personal Information or content that you voluntarily disclose online in a manner other users can view (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, etc.) becomes publicly available, and can be collected and used by anyone. Your user name may also be displayed to other users if and when you send messages or comments or upload images or videos through the Services and other users can contact you through messages and comments.
Protection of Company and Others
IECED takes all reasonable precautions to protect your Personally Identifiable Information both online and offline, in order to avoid any unauthorised access or breach. In addition, we participate in cooperative database services. These services help us direct newsletters, mailings and other marketing initiatives to appropriate purchasers and website visitors. Names and mailing addresses may be shared between participating parties in the co-operative database services. We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our Terms & Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our employees, our users, or others.
Children Privacy
IECED strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their minor children and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent minors from disclosing their name, address and other Personally Identifiable Information online without parental permission. Although the Platform is not intended for use by minors, IECED respects the privacy of minors who may inadvertently use the Platform, and shall delete their information upon intimation.
Mailer
IECED may, if you so choose, send direct mailers to you at the address given by you. You have the option to ‘opt-out’ of this direct mailer by way of links provided at the bottom of each mailer. We respect your privacy and in the event that you choose not to receive such mailers, we will take all steps to remove you from the list. We keep track of the domains from which people visit and we also measure visitor activity on IECED and FYLS web sites www.ieced.in www.klayschools.com, www.parenting.klayschools.com, but we do so in ways that keep the information safe, anonymous and secret. IECED or its business partners or vendors or affiliates may use this data to analyse trends and statistics and to help us provide better customer service. We maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and security to protect data of our users; our affiliates and vendors follow the same high levels of confidentiality. This anonymous information is used and analysed only at an aggregate level to help us understand trends and patterns and serve you better always. None of this information is reviewed at an individual level. If you do not want your transaction details used in this manner, you can either disable your cookies or opt-out at the download or request page
Use of Data
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately.
We endeavour to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Through your account settings, you may access the information you’ve provided to us, such as mobile number, password, and contact information. The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the Services change. We’re constantly trying to improve our services/Products, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will do our best to alert you to changes by placing a notice on www.ieced.in, www.klayschools.com & www.parenting.klayschools.com , by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if we aren’t able to send a notification or if you’ve opted not to receive emails/messages from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address/contact number), you are still responsible for reading and understanding the changes. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used.
By using the Site and/or by providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of the information you disclose on the Site in accordance with this privacy policy.
